Happy Halloween...

We hope everyone has a super Halloween and gets lots of yummy candy and treats!

Both Logan and Carsyn had Halloween parties in their classrooms today. Carsyn's pre-k class was allowed to dress up, but they had to dress up as Saints. Carsyn chose Saint Cecilia because she is the Patron Saint of musicians and singers, and Carsyn loves to sing. St. Cecilia was also a Nobel Roman and wore a "beautiful dress." Maren and Mommy got to sit with Carsyn and her class at mass. Then it was off to the party! The kids had a great time. Logan also enjoyed her Halloween party.

Maren and Saint Cecilia...

After school Logan and Carsyn had ballet. In the spirit of Halloween, they wore pig ears and tails with their tights and leotards. We did not leave out little Maren--together they were the cutest "3 Little Pigs!"

Back home after dance, we ate a quick dinner and got ready for some trick-or-treating. Logan and Carsyn had been begging to be "Sharpay" and "Gabriella" from High School Musical for months...we gave in. So to continue the HSM theme, Maren wore a red and white, "Wildcats" cheerleader uniform (Carsyn's old one from cheering in Lemoore.) The girls made out pretty well. We didn't go very far--just up and down our street. We had pretty nice weather too.

Halloween was FABULOUS!
