Burnin' Up for the JoBros...

When we found out that the Jonas Brothers were going to be in Cincinnati for their Camp Rock 2 tour, we just had to get tickets. The girls had been looking forward to the concert for weeks, especially since one of their friends and her mom were coming with us. We headed down to Cincy a little after 4 yesterday. The whole time driving we watched the temperature reading climb higher and higher. When we got to Riverbend it was a very hot and sticky 100 degrees--yuck! Of course we did not pay for pavilion seats, so we laid our blankets out on the lawn and tried to stay cool in the shade until the concert started. But, there was no way to cool off. It was so unbelievably uncomfortable--literally not as cool as the first time we saw them (at the Kids Inaugural concert, in January 2009). But, seeing the Camp Rock 2 cast along with Demi Lovato, Kevin, Nick, and Joe made it all worth it. The girls were totally rockin' out. And of course it was all for them...I didn't enjoy it at all. I absolutely wasn't dancing and singing along with all the songs ; ) Not me! What a super-fun night.
