Logan's First Day of 3rd Grade & Carsyn's First Day of 1st Grade...

It's officially the end of summer vacation. Time to go back to school! We got an earlier-than-normal start this morning--just to be on the safe side. Everything went very smoothly. The girls were looking cute as ever, ready to take on Third and First grade. Both Logan and Carsyn were excited to get on the bus this morning, and head back to school. What on earth will Maren, daddy, and I do while they're gone all day ; )? We managed to keep semi-busy. Actually, I went over to school for lunch/recess duty. It was fun to see all the kids on their first day. It was also nice to be able to check in with Carsyn to make sure that she was adjusting from half-day kindergarten to all-day first grade. She was completely fine! And of course Logan was great too, maybe getting a tad more embarrassed by her mom this year...nah ;).
