Mid-Ohio Indy Car Race...

Last night after we returned home from Indianapolis, we got ready for our weekend guests: John and Kathy. The girls were so excited to see Carsyn's Godparents. It was hard to get them to go to bed that night--they didn't want to miss out on all the excitement. Sunday morning after breakfast mommy, daddy, Kathy, and John headed up to Lexington for the Mid-Ohio race. (Can you believe that none of the girls wanted to go to the race--even with their race buddy, John?) The weather was beautiful. We didn't see too much action from where we were sitting, except for Tony running off the course on the first lap ; (. He was able to climb from last all the way up to second (hmm...sounds familiar), but he sure didn't finish well--17th. Oh, well. We had a fun time anyway.
